Also changed Rule IV: Amendments
a. The sponsor of a bill may move any amendment with only support from one MP
b. Amendments need not be voted on, at any time.
to
a. The author of a bill may move any amendment at any time.
b. MP’s may move any amendment with support from one other MP.
c. Amendments need not be voted on, at any time.
